Vintage Opal & Diamond Ring in 14ct Gold

This beautiful Opal & Diamond Ring is set in 14ct yellow gold. It is 1970's vintage. It has a pierced-backed oval cluster with a large oval cabochon opal. The opal is in a 22-pillar claw setting surrounded by a sunburst of 22xpairs of diamonds in a halo.

The band is tapered, rounded with flat sides, split at shoulders in three round wires, centre, swept up.
