A stunning handmade pendant in a twin spiral drop. Featuring a large synthetic ruby in an 8 prong setting, with 3 larger old-cut diamonds at W,N,E compass points. Two rows of diamonds flow down to to drops. These beautiful stones are set in silver overlaid with 12 carat yellow gold.  Estate, handmade.

Tthe pendant is attched to a 45cm cable chain, which tests as mainly copper with a small silver and platinum content.
