Each is a cluster, 8.4mm with princess cut diamonds in centre surrounded with round brilliants diamonds. On a short length of cable chain, suspended and detachable from a pair of 18ct white gold cushion-shaped domed studs. The drop can be removed so you can use the studs are a separate look.
