A stunning antique synthetic sapphire muff chain in 15ct gold
Has fetter and cable links. Along its length are 24 synthetic sapphires which are flat hexagonal cut and round which are each bezel set with a beaded border. There is one hexagonal stone missing (this can either be replaced, link removed or wear it so that is at the back). Long enough to be doubled over to be worn as two strands.
