Antique Cabochon Bloodstone, Ruby and Diamond Brooch

A stunning antique bar brooch featuring a central cabochon cut round bloodstone, with 4 imitation rubies and 5 old rose cut diamonds set on top of the cabochon in a flower formation. The cabochon is set in 18ct yellow gold and the bar brooch is 9ct rose gold. The brooch secures at the rear with a pin and revolver catch.
