This beautiful amethyst cross is set in 18ct yellow gold. Maltese style cross pendant, on an open-back wire frame, top side claw set with roundbuff top cut and 12 mrquise buff top cut amethysts.  Further accented by 54 round cut amethysts, each claw set in 3/4 pillar settings. Tapered bale.
