Centrally set with a cushion shape old mine cut diamond in an eight rayed star setting, flanked by two round mixed cut rubies in diamond grain settings, to a three stone plaque design with incised decoration featuring integrated shoulders with deep scrolling, tapering and terminating to a solid angular shank.
