One stamped 18ct yellow gold modern lady's handmade fancy yellow diamond dress/wedding ring. Condition is very good. 20.8mm diameter x 2.6mm wide x 1.8mm thick, with micro-claw settings in full eternity style, closed back. 

41 micro claw set round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring 1.30 - 1.30 x 0.78mm approximate total weight of 41 stones = 0.41ct.
