Diamond Heart Pendant in 18ct yellow gold. Off set and fancy shaped heart with diamonds shared claws set in the outline of the heart.  A butterfly forms part of the hear and has the larger diamonds bead set along with two smaller diamonds in its four wings.  The top of the heart is white rhodium plated.
