Diamond Medusa Pendant in 18ct Yellow Gold.  Has ruby set eyes.  Pave set diamonds around the 'Medusa', followed by a hoop of Greek key motif and a plain polished border.  The pendant has a rectangular jump-ring that is connected to a tapered and domed bale, which also is pave set at the front. Plain yellow gold at rear of pendant. A statement piece.
