This stunning Old European cut diamond sapphire vintage brooch is set in 18ct gold. Floral spray design measuring 37.7mm x 21.2 mm. Main section is inland with 18ct white gold which has three leaf shaped cluster each with a marquise cut sapphire in centre surrounded by 12 old european cut diamonds secured in grain settings. Five more old european cut diamonds are claw and grain set next to clusters.

The back has an attached yellow gold bar pin and safety chain. This beautiful piece has been handmade.
