All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Jewellery Items: We ship Jewellery items free, anywhere in New Zealand.
Furniture & Homewares: Shipping & delivery will be calculated and charged according to item dimensions, weight and overall bulk.
Free local delivery is available for some items within Metropolitan Auckland City.
If the item is too big to transport in one or our own vehicles, we will get a local carrier to quote the delivery for you.
Of course you can always pickup from our store or arrange your own carrier or transport company.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jems Of Remuera is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you require delivery to a P.O. Box in New Zealand, we recommend New Zealand Post, registered post.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We are unable to refund for a change of mind, so please choose with care. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return your purchase and exchange it for another item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order within 24hrs of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
